A very special workshop “Yoga & Plant Based Diet” hosted by @pranayogatsawwassen . Come join us (Zuzana & Nikki) on Sunday February 25th, from 2- 4:30 PM as we explore the connection between yoga and nutrition.

This inspiring workshop is for new and experienced Yoga practitioners, and anyone who is looking to immerse themselves in a Sunday afternoon of movement, meditation and nutrition. It is an opportunity to discover the benefits of plant based foods and the role healthy diet plays in your practice as well as daily life.

Food is the fuel our body needs to make it strong and healthy. Yoga is the union of both mind and body. Adopting a healthy and balanced approach to both will leave you feeling more energized, happy and living a longer, more fulfilling life. Hope to see you there.
