COME JOIN MM EVENTS + BIRD ROCK YOGA FOR THE FIRST YOGA AFTER DARK!

This will be a seasonal pop up one night wellness fest taking place in March and June :

Under the glow of the moon and twinkling stars, in the most beautiful outdoor event space in San Diego. DJ Mango Jennings will be spinning your favorite mood music while you surround yourself by yogis of all levels in a vinyasa silent flow that will take your breath away. You'll get a personal set of headphones to cancel out the happenings around you while you follow along to exclusive rhythms and one of San Diego's leading yoga instructors. Take a deep breath in and let the day go. This isn't your typical tranquil class, you'll find your happy place in the dark and leave feeling connected, revitalized, and in a damn good mood.

6:30 pm - Check in begins at the MM Events table. We invite you to get social by visiting the vendor marketplace and "Booch Garden" where you can shop local products, enjoy guilt free tea, kombucha, and snacks.

7:30 pm - Yoga After Dark Silent Flow begins with Bird Rock Yoga

8:45 pm - Namaste & Play. You'll be able to say your goodbyes, grab a booch to go, and take plenty of pics. Make sure to tag us so we can follow along with you too!
