Yoga 101 is a series of sequential classes that will ease you into a dedicated yoga practice. Over four 75 min classes, the teacher will introduce you to yoga history, philosophy and physical practice. You will learn the fundamental elements of essential yoga poses along with safe alignment principles and breathing techniques. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence.
While the series are designed for those who are new to yoga or have never practiced in a studio setting, it is also beneficial for those seeking to broaden their basic knowledge of yoga and to learn from the ground up.
