Join us Wednesday, March 24, at 5:30 pm, for the first session of a new monthly series: Wind Down Wednesdays. Our conversation will be on how you can shift your mindset from work-from-home mode to relaxation mode at the end of your workday. This presentation will provide useful tools and practices for your everyday life. We intend for this space to be a laid-back, no-pressure environment. You’re invited to come as you are; camera use is optional and comfy clothes are encouraged! Come wind down with us!

We will begin the event with a grounding exercise and then provide attendees with tips for winding down after work. Questions can also be submitted in advance using this form.

Wind Down Wednesdays are hosted by YNPN Board Members, Brironni Alex, Program Manager at The Cupcake Girls, and Samantha Wilson, Development Manager at The Neon Museum.
