Yin has become one of the most practiced yoga styles in the United States and around the world.
Yin works into the deep connective tissue offering gentle pressure and healing to the joints, stimulation to bones and a balancing of the bodies energy system for stress reduction and emotional balance. Yin increases body awareness which leads to a greater mind/body connection. Yin is a complimentary practice to the many vigorous physical exercises popular today such as running, cycling, snow skiing, team sports and more.
Included in the training is information about Traditional Chinese Medicine and how this eastern based therapy helps to move energy in the body. Join us as we spend the weekend learning about this fascinating field of awareness. The mind/body connection. Leave with the knowledge of how to apply Yin Yoga to your business, studio or home practice. TOTAL COST $280.00. Non-refundable registration deposit of $100.00 required to hold your spot.
