Join me every Wednesday at 5 p.m (PST) for a Yin Yoga class aiming to help you relax after a long day. My approach is gentle and supportive, poses are held for around 3 -5 minutes and class is around 60 minutes long with optional long Savasana and community hangout at the end.

I hold a safe silent space for you to just be, dive in and connect with yourself first.
This is an inclusive and accessible practice - All skill levels and humans welcome.
What to expect?
Yin classes can be mentally challenging as we hold poses for longer than usual
Develop patience and find equilibrium
Community and connection
Relax and feel good
What to bring?
Props are optional but helpful
Yoga mat or if you are home just practice on your carpet :))
Cushions/pillows or bolster
Blocks (large books work too)
Small blanket
Belt or towel
About me
Born between the Red and 'Med' Seas, now practicing from the Pacific Coast :) I am inspired by my Egyptian roots and eastern traditions of healing, as well as the holistic and natural lifestyle of my West Coast home.
I am a Wellbeing Guide, CPT, Nutritionist and Yoga teacher. I have been practicing Yoga for 12 years and teaching for 7 in 4 different countries (India, Dubai, Egypt, Canada). I had both my 200 and 300 HRS training in India and my Yin training in North Carolina, in addition to a variety of anatomy and sequencing trainings.
I create a safe space where you can be yourself, connect and listen to your body. We are all different shapes, sizes and abilities.
