Great for all levels, yin yoga is comprised of passive yoga poses to help you stretch, relax, and dive into self-appreciation.

About this Event

Yin yoga is a yoga practice consisting of a series of long-held and passive yoga poses to help stretch and target the deep connective tissues throughout the body. Specific benefits of yin yoga include increased flexibility, decreased stress and an increase in self-compassion and self-love.

Enjoy all the benefits of yin yoga as Jackie Longworth, a registered yoga instructor, walks you through a calming and mindful practice. This yin yoga class will be offered at b. kind on Thursday, August 29th from 7:00pm – 8:30 pm.

This yoga class is great for all levels! Please bring your own mat and any additional props you may want to use.
