Treat yourself to a Saturday morning workshop designed to slow down, relax and take care of yourself from the inside-out. Yin Yoga is a quieter, slower yoga practice that offers the possibilities of balancing our physical, emotional and mental health. This workshop is recommended for people with chronic low back pain or serious knee concerns.
