In this slow, restorative class, poses are held in stillness to reach the deep connective tissues of the body. It’s a meditative practice that encourages softness, presence, and deep relaxation. BYO Mat
🌿 About the Instructor
Ann has been practicing yoga since she was 16. Her passion led her to complete a 200-Hour YTT in Mysore, India, where she deepened her connection to traditional practice. Today, she guides students through classes that focus on subtle movement, intentional breathing, and mindful awareness.
