Yin Flow Yoga
This is practice that is accessible to students of all abilities. The class is a balance of active postures to develop strength, balance and endurance and static postures to gain flexibility, and clear energetic blockages. The class is suitable for students of all-levels.
Kerri found yoga after years of running and high impact activities. At the recommendation of a friend she tried Yin Yoga. The difference she felt the day after class was dramatic. She began attending regularly and realized that the impact of yoga practice was not limited to physical improvements as she noticed that her mind and spirit was becoming clearer and stronger.
Kerri’s desire is to share yoga with students so they can dive inward and connect with their potential- to feel better, to move better and to be better. Kerri’s classes aim to cultivate a balance of physically challenging sequences and cooling postures. She encourages her students to embody the flow and awaken on and off the mat.
Kerri is a 500+ hr, level II, Yin and Yang Yoga registered teacher through Master Paulie Zink's Yin Yoga Institute. She continues to study with Yin Yoga founder, Master Paulie Zink and serves as his assistant. Kerri earned her 200 hour Flow teaching certification from evolation yoga. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist.
