Know Before You Go

• Where can I park?

There is 2 hour parking and meters along Monarch Way and intersecting streets. Parking in the 45th Street Garage (1060 West 45th Street) on floors 3-5 ONLY. WHRO Lot 1 at 5200 Hampton Blvd – overflow parking for Friday only.

• Where do I pick-up my wristbands?The YES Fest box office will be located INSIDE of Borjo Coffee house on Friday from 4pm – 8pm and Saturday from 2:30pm – 8pm. The box office will close for 15 minutes at 8pm and relocate to outside of the Goode Theatre at 8:15pm.

• What happens if my wristband comes off?You must bring the wristband that has come undone in order to receive a new wristband.

• How will YES Fest work?We will have two venues going simultaneously for the duration of the festival, the Goode Theatre and Gordon Art Galleries. You are allowed to come and go between both venues throughout the whole festival. Each venue will be limited by capacity – if you can’t get into one venue, feel free to wait in line or go to the other venue!Please be respectful of both venues – especially the art in Gordon Art Galleries. Please no food or drink inside of the gallery area.

• What time do doors open?Friday – Doors open at 5pm, Music at 5:45pm.Saturday – Doors open at 3:30pm, Music at 4:30pm.

- Will there be alcohol available at YES Fest?Yes! Beer will be available for purchase in both venues at Yes Fest. You can purchase beer tickets at both bars as well as the box office. 100% of net beer sales benefit our non-profit partner, Wings Over Leukemia & Lymphoma; a 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to raise money and awareness to fight blood cancers. WOLL will be serving Smartmouth Brewing Co. and Young Veterans Brewing Company

• Will there be food available for purchase?There will be no food available to purchase inside of YES Fest; however, Borjo Coffeehouse will be offering 10% off food and drinks both days of YES Fest. There are also a variety of other restaurants along Monarch Way, including Perfectly Franks, Osaka Ramen & Sushi, La Herradura Mexican, Punjabi Rasoi Indian Cuisine, Chik Fil A, Panera, Domino’s Pizza. No outside food or drinks will be allowed in either venue.

• Can I bring a water bottle into YES Fest?An empty reusable water bottle will be allowed in or 1 factory sealed water bottle. We will have water bottles available for purchase and water stations to fill your bottles.

• Is there YES Fest merch?We will have a limited amount of festival shirts for sale at the Arts at ODU table inside of the Goode Theatre.

• Can I bring in my backpack or other large bag?No. A small to medium size purse and fanny packs will be allowed.
