About this event
Yellow Glitter Sparkles is a monthly support group, bringing together queer Asians in a safe, no-judgment environment to share stories, struggles, laughter, and tears with each other. We start off with a short mindfulness exercise and then get into our group discussion. Each month explores different topics shared by our members.
No phones. No pictures. No recordings. No social media posts.
Just everyone's undivided attention with each other.
Tickets and spaces are limited to ensure all of our attendees have ample time to share - RSVP in advance. Limited seating each month.

What our attendees say:
"I really enjoy attending the monthly meeting to hear personal experiences that are very similar to my own. Through these shared stories, I have began to treat my own traumas with compassion, and recognized the humanity that unites us rather than the differences that divides." -YuFei
"The yellow glitter mental health support sessions have helped me become much more proud of my queer API identity! Connecting with other like-minded folks through our similar experiences and reflecting on those I have not experienced, it has opened my eyes up to the wide spectrum of our community." -Alvin
LGBTQ+ Asians only
To honor the safe space for our community, the demographic for this group will be for those who identify as LGBTQ+ & Asian Pacific (LGBTQ+ East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, and Mixed-Race). Thank you for understanding.
