This teaching session by Code Blue OSCE Crew, offers an online platform for medical students and professionals to enhance their clinical OSCE skills, with specialized focus on Colleague Communication, including SBAR and task prioritisation. Running every other week via teams, each session includes an hour of doctor-led teaching alongside an hour of practice in breakout rooms. Endorsed by Geeky Medics, this peer-led initiative encourages all students in their clinical years to join in and gain valuable hands-on experience.


Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to deliver a clear, concise, and structured handover using SBAR in simulated clinical scenarios.
  • Learn how to effectively receive a handover from a colleague, including core components to be addressed
  • Justify prioritisation decisions logically and safely during discussion
