Back Pain is the number one complaint for people seeking bodywork and exercise assistance! This class is designed to release the "stuck" feeling we all get from sitting too long at a computer, too long in our cars, too long on the phone, too long on our feet, or any other of those activities we do that over-work our stabilizing back muscles! We’ll work on the lower, middle and upper back and you’ll feel like you’ve had a chiropractic adjustment and a massage plus worked your abdominal muscles.

$30 Registration includes workshop fee including use of equipment (mats & balls).
Balls & Pumps are available after the workshop to continue home practice of body rolling. This workshop uses one Gold Ball ($24.50) and a set of Black Balls ($30). If you are familiar with body rolling and know that you want a ball or balls to take home, please add a note to your order letting us know what you want, so we will have enough available for sale.
This work is best done wearing tops and bottoms that will not bunch or slide into the balls when rolling. We will be getting on and off the floor, so yoga or workout pants work best to ensure adequate "give" in your clothing without having them move around too much under the pressure of the balls.
Refunds available for cancellations made 72 hours in advance; Partial refunds may be available for cancellations under 72 hours. Any refund or partial refund is returned the same way it was paid.

Balance Wellness Studio
Balance Wellness Studio offers services including massage, skin care, and acupuncture, and classes including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, and Medicine Dance. Special workshops in Yamuna Body Rolling and Zentangle are also currently being offered.
