JOC is a musical showcase for students of the Yamaha Music Education System. Through JOC, extraordinary young musicians have the opportunity to unlock their full musical potential by composing original pieces and performing them before enthusiastic audiences. Every year, Yamaha presents one or more JOCs in the U.S. In addition, students from Yamaha’s global network of schools perform in Japan at the prestigious International JOC. Often acclaimed as “Young Ambassadors of Music,” JOC performers spread the message of music throughout the world.
