Yale Women Innovators is a Tuesday morning series at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute that is designed to foster community discussion, idea sharing, best practices, business fundamentals, networking and team-building opportunities among Yale women students, alumni, faculty and staff interested in entrepreneurship and innovation at any level.

Purva has spent more than 10,000 hours speaking to women regarding their feelings about why they buy the clothes they buy. She learned why loved brands make an emotional connection with the user during her time at the ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi. Before Lily, Purva helped UNICEF structure a venture capital fund to scale life changing technology innovations, took a mobile payments and branchless banking startup to millions of users and evaluated innovative early stage startups at the Khosla Impact Fund. Purva is an alum of the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, has an MBA from Indian School of Business with the Young Leader Award for 2013 and Bachelors in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce (India).
At Lily, she is on a mission to help women discover clothes that make them look & feel their best using their emotions & perceptions about their body. Her larger vision is to use emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence to understand a woman's psychology to predict what products & services will make her happy. Dubbed "The Coach" by Marie Claire, Natalia (aka Ms. Oberti Noguera) is Founder and CEO of Pipeline Angels, a network of women investors that's changing the face of angel investing and creating capital for women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs. Natalia holds a BA in Comparative Literature & Economics from Yale and she serves on the boards of Walker's Legacy, Women 2.0, and iRelaunch. Inc. Magazine selected Natalia as one of "The Most Impressive Women Entrepreneurs of 2016," Latina.com included her in their list of "25 Latinas Who Shine in Tech," and Women's eNews recognized her as one of 21 Leaders for the 21st Century for 2012.
