Martin F. Heidecker, Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund: will present on "The Role of Corporate Venture in Early Stage Financing: A BIVF Perspective." Martin joined the Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund in 2010 to invest in early innovative therapeutic life science companies. In October 2013, Martin established the US-office of BIVF in Cambridge, MA, where he is focusing on biotech seed-investments. He has 15 years of investing and commercial experience in both venture capital and global pharma companies. He serves as board member of AMP Therapeutics in Leipzig, ArmaGen in Calabasas, 121bio in Cambridge and Sentien in Medford.
