Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (PST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Yale Club Luncheon presents:
Ed Reeves '78, a labor and employment partner with Stoel Rives LLP
will lead a facilitated discussion on
The Trump/Pence/Bannon Administration and the Future of Social Justice in America
As a long time civil rights advocate Ed will lead a discussion of the major areas of potential change: the Supreme Court, affirmative action, abortion rights, LGBT rights, voting rights, immigration/amnesty, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and other topics the group would like to discuss.
The Trump campaign's promises in each of these areas were sweeping. Part of the discussion will be a speculation of how far the new administration will go in each area and what the changes might be.
All political persuasions welcome.
