“Love on a Plate”: an exploration of Armenian Cuisine paired with wine.
Join us for this beautiful series of Armenian cooking classes. Tonight we will make Yalanchi (grape leaves stuffed with pine nuts and rice) and Dolma (stuffed vegetables). Lisa Kouchakdjian, a second generation American Armenian will take us on a cultural tour of Armenian cuisine. She will talk about the country and teach us how to make these very special and unusual dishes.
