Central American Afro-Latino(a)s are nuanced and include culturally differentiated Ethno-racial groups such as Garifuna, Creole/Kriol, and Miskito/Miskitu, with their own language, culture and history.

The objective is to utilize the historical connection of the Afro-Latino(a) diaspora experience to structure a conversation that will strengthen bonds, and identify common sources of inspiration, and celebration.

  • Historical account of Afgrodescendants in Central
  • Afrodescendants Movement in Central America
