Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes you may transfer your registration to another person in your company if you are unable to attend.

What is the refund policy?

If you cancel your registration up to 60 business days before the event you have a few options: a) we will refund your money with a $150 processing fee b) you can transfer your registration to a colleague.. After 60 business days before the event we will refund 20% of your fee, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. There are no refunds 30 business days before the event.

Badge Reprint Fee

In the event that you lose or forget your badge there will be a reprint fee for a replacement badge. To have a replacement badge printed please go to registration with your identification, and one will be printed for you for as detailed below:
