Atlanta Leadership · Highly-Focused · Transformational
XCore is a 12-Month leadership program designed to transform your ability to lead in every circle of influence. It is built upon the battle-tested process of apprenticeship: the intentional transfer of skills, knowledge and expertise from one person to another.
What is Involved?
4 Quarterly Retreats
Each of the 4 retreats introduce brand new concepts and tools. They are also an opportunity to bring everyone from all of the groups together to interact, build relationships and learn new leadership principles.
Monthly Core Groups
CORE Groups create a safe environment for peer accountability and encouragement. Each group of 6-8 members meets twice a month online to share experiences and reinforce the learning from the previous retreat.
Experience tells us that retreats alone are not enough to create lasting transformation. We provide one-to-one coaching opportunities each month that allow you to go deeper and apply the learning directly to your life.
Access to the GiANT vault of online resources. We will provide you with every resource you need to take your learning back to your team. This will include videos, workbooks, presentations, and tools.
What Are the Dates?
XCore Atlanta launches in January 2017. Each quarterly retreat will take place in Atlanta, GA and will include one full day of training with a dinner following. All retreats run from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm.

About the Historic Atlanta Athletic Club
Atlanta Athletic Club is known nationally and internationally for its facilities, having been chosen as a Platinum Club every year by the Club Leaders Forum. Its two Championship 18-hole golf courses have hosted a number of major championships, including most recently the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2014 and the 93rd PGA Championship in 2011.
Its charter as a private club dates back to 1898 when a group of young businessmen were looking for a place to enjoy indoor and outdoor athletics with their associates and friends. The original downtown club was located on Edgewood Avenue and through the ages twice outgrew its space and relocated. The Club added a golf course and country club at East Lake in 1915 and moved to the present Johns Creek location in the late 1960s.
The great golfer, Bobby Jones, grew up playing golf at the Atlanta Athletic Club’s East Lake Country Club, built in 1906. Bobby Jones became the world’s most famous amateur golfer and his career culminated with the Grand Slam of Golf in 1930. He served as president of the Club and was an active member until his death in 1971.
