4pm-5:30pm — Pick up dinner at Café Minh, 4139 Canal Street, New Orleans
6:30pm — Join Cynthia VuTran of Café Minh via Zoom
$85 per person includes a 4-course Asian-inspired menu, bottle of wine, a specialty cocktail, a Laylatini, featuring a Lychee puree with vodka, plus join the chef virtually for a discussion

Summer Roll
Fresh rice paper with lettuce, cucumber, avocado and shrimp. Served with a side of peanut dipping sauce.
Chicken Roti
Lemongrass and tumeric chicken served with steam vegetables and Jasmine rice. ***Contains shellfish. ***No Substitutions.
Chocolate Cake
Sponge cake with white and dark chocolate and Bavarian cream.
