Description

Huddle up, Cougs! Join us on November 24 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center for a Friday-night rally to get ready for the 115th Apple Cup. Be sure to register now for a fun-filled evening of Cougar camaraderie!

Mingle with WSU President Kirk Schulz, First Lady Dr. Noel Schulz, WSU Foundation CEO Lisa Calvert, Interim Athletics Director John Johnson, Cougar football great Jason Gesser, and Alumni Director Tim Pavish. Entry fee includes hearty hors d'oeuvres and a drink at one of the multiple bars. The Bookie will be selling plenty of Coug gear to ensure you’re outfitted for the game.

Where should I park?
We recommend parking in the Art Institute of Seattle parking garage. The garage connects directly to Bell Harbor and World Trade Center Seattle via a sky-bridge. The parking garage can be accessed from both Elliott Avenue and Wall Street. For more information about parking, please click here. Garage Address:

There is also two-hour street parking along Alaska Way at $4 per hour.

How do I get to Bell Harbor International Conference Center?

To Bell Harbor International Conference Center traveling south on I-5:

  • Take Exit 167 (West Mercer Street/Fairview Avenue)
  • Go straight on Mercer Street
  • Turn left on 5th Avenue N
  • Turn right on Broad Street
  • Continue on Broad Street to Elliott Avenue, and turn left
  • Once you pass the Wall Street intersection, park in the Art Institute of Seattle parking garage on your immediate right

To Bell Harbor International Conference Center traveling north on I-5:

  • Take the Madison Street exit (also called Convention Place exit)
  • Turn left on Madison Street
  • Stay on Madison Street until you come to the waterfront
  • Turn right on Alaskan Way
  • You will pass Pier 66 on your left; the next street after the sky-bridge is Wall Street
  • Turn right on Wall Street
  • Turn right on Elliott Avenue
  • Park in the Art Institute of Seattle parking garage (second driveway on the right)

Bicycle racks are provided at the base of the stairs leading to Bell Harbor's main entrance. The racks are located across from Anthony's Pier 66 restaurant. Visit the City of Seattle website for up-to-date local bike routes.

Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes, families are welcome!

What type of drinks will be served?
A variety of beverages, including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Alcoholic beverages are available only to those 21 years and older with a valid ID.

May I purchase food at the event?
Hearty hors d'oeuvres are included with your entry fee.

May I purchase drinks at the event?
Yes, you can purchase beverages. Please remember, you receive one drink ticket with your entry fee.

Do I need cash at the event?
We recommend bringing cash to this event as some no-host bars are cash only.

Will there be Cougar gear available for purchase at the event?
Yes, The Bookie will be at the Rally selling Coug Gear. The Bookie will take cash or card; cash will get you faster service.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be provided for cancellations received 7 days before the date of the event. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 6 days before the date of Apple Cup Rally. No-shows to the event will not receive a refund.
