COURSE CONTENT:
The WSQ Diploma in Retail (E-Commerce(Omni-Channel)) emphasises on the manager’s ability and discipline to perpetually optimise e-commerce operations through productivity and innovative initiatives, identify business opportunities locally and internationally by analysing online sales data.
Develop digital campaigns and marketing plan over different digital platforms to promote the brand portfolio and maximise the revenues from online sales. More importantly, to oversee the operation of order fulfilment and returns processing as well as business continuity to sustain the e-commerce
Course Participant Requirements
Minimum O or N level and /or with at least 2 years of relevance experience
Preferably between 21 and 69 years old,
For applicants above 69 years old, he/she has to be
Employed in the related industries together with a company recommendation letter.
Physically fit enough to manage the job requirements of the Retail or relevant industries
All course modules must be completed in sequence

Manage systems to evaluate effectiveness of the productivity framework, conduct diagnosis and recommend areas for improvement. (English Only)
BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES DEVELOPMENT
Identify necessary sources of information, extract applicable information, conduct customer needs analyses and monitor environmental landscapes in order to source viable business options. (English Only)
BRAND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Manage and execute branding features to create impactful point of differentiation for a brand and activate key levers for consumer awareness in growing portfolio user base. (English Only)
E-COMMERCE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Develop detailed e-Commerce campaigns, liaise with partners to enhance online awareness, website and campaign visibility and manage campaigns. (English Only)
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Evaluate the potential and suitability of social media marketing opportunities, seek new ways of utilising social media channels, and monitor outcomes of social media marketing. (English Only)
ORDER FULFILMENT AND RETURNS PROCESSING
Develop, revise and monitor order fulfilment guidelines to be competitive and in line with industry standards and in accordance to define the customer experience. (English Only)
CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Allocate resources to handle a crisis, identify crisis response and recovery activities to be implemented, document activities and implement return-to-normal procedures and communicate key messages to relevant stakeholders. (English Only)
