Commission Home Loan Programs Training
Required for ALL trainees. This training provides an overview of the Commission's Home Loan programs, Downpayment Assistance programs, and Commission-sponsored Homebuyer Education seminars.

Afternoon session, 1:00 to 4:00 pm:
Homebuyer Education Instructor Training
Required for anyone who wishes to teach Commission-sponsored Homebuyer Education seminars.

Public parking is not available in our building’s garage. Here is a listing of other garages within walking distance; Please note: Seattle’s downtown area is on a hill that rises with the Avenue numbers!
