When: Saturday, January 24th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Our students will learn all about

• the home buying process
• mortgage programs, including WSHFC's Home Advantage with down payment assistance
• how to qualify for the state bond program, House Key Opportunity
• how to increase your monthly cash flow with MCC tax credits

You do NOT need to be a first time home buyer to qualify.
You DO need to attend a WSHFC class to qualify for their programs.

Lunch will be provided. There will not be a lunch break for this five hour class, so please bring a sack lunch if you have dietary concerns.
