Do you have a book (or two) that you want to write but aren't sure how to get started?

No matter the topic, we can show you how to put your ideas on paper. Define your purpose and your audience. Learn how to manage your time and your creative ideas. Share your story and become confident with your voice. Learn the stages of writing and editing, and the differences between self-publishing and a traditional publishing house.


Alice Sullivan– Ghostwriter, Author, Writing Coach, Speaker, and Editor

Since 2001 she’s worked on over 1,000 titles, including eleven New York Times bestsellers. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee.


Amber Hurdle - Author and Brand Expert

Amber Hurdle understands what it takes to accelerate success. A former teen mom who evolved into a powerhouse business woman, Amber has worked with international celebrities and Fortune 500 companies alike. Curt Harding - Author, Speaker, Publicist

After more than fifteen years as an award-winning reporter, anchor and producer in radio and television news in Michigan, Curt Harding has become a successful writer, speaker and entertainment publicist based in Nashville, Tennessee. He has worked with gifted-talents like Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, Dave Ramsey, William J. Bennett, George Foreman, Ed McMahon, Donald Miller and more. He is the author of the self-published children's book, A Tail of Two Kitties, and is currently working on a new book for adults that encourages people to look back on their stories through the fresh lens of perspective. He lives in Murfeesboro with his wife and twin daughters.


Kristen Parrish - HarperCollins Christian Publishers

Kristen Parrish has a passion for history and for the written word. She earned her BA in history from Texas A&M University and works as a Senior Editor at HarperCollins (Thomas Nelson) Christian Publishers. She and her husband, Marc, reside in Franklin, Tennessee.


Carpenter's Son Publishing - Custom/Self-Publishing

Craig Carpenter is the Manager of Production for Christian Book Services and their two publishing imprints, Carpenter's Son Publishing and Clovercroft Publishing. Craig attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and also minored in Business Accounting. He continued his education there and earned his Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice. He joined Christian Book Services in 2013. Craig is very active in computer gaming, where he has numerous instructive videos on YouTube. He also is very active with the Boy Scouts of America and has worked at Scout camp every summer for seventeen years.

John Chancellor – Mentor/Coach, Author, Professional Reviewer

John has over 40 years of experience working in management, consulting and coaching/mentoring primarily with entrepreneurs. He has a Bachelors in Business from Tulane University and is a Certified Coach. John is a Master Coach for International Coach Certification Association - where he trains people wanting to become coaches. He is a Top 500 Reviewer on Amazon.com and regularly reviews for McGraw-Hill, Harvard Business Review, American Management Association, Pelican Publishing, and numerous PR firms and independent authors.
