Event description
What is your writing saying about you? Your writing speaks for you when you’re not in the room.

About this event

We'll help you understand what a personal brand is and dispel the myth that you don’t have one or don’t need one. You’ll learn that your writing—even if you don’t consider yourself “a writer”—is a critical part of your personal brand.

And you’ll learn how to become more aware of your audience and how they perceive you.

Do you struggle with...

  • Thinking you don't have a personal brand or don't need one?
  • Not understanding what a personal brand is or don't understand what writing has to do with it?
  • Getting mixed feedback on your writing but aren't sure why or what to do differently?
  • Feeling unsure how to express yourself with confidence or clarity?

This workshop is for you if ...

  • you know what a personal brand is, why it matters, and what it has to do with your writing.
  • you want to know how to take stock of your personal brand.
  • you are looking for a plan for defining or changing your personal brand
  • you want to get clear on your goals for your personal brand.

Even if you don’t consider yourself “a writer,” your writing is a critical part of your personal brand

Grace’s workshop at our nonprofit office was thoughtful, instructive, and will make an immediate positive impact on our writing. Though my colleagues and I come from different educational backgrounds and have a wide range of writing experience, each of us took away helpful pieces of advice that will be easy to implement. We were all left wanting more and look forward to scheduling a follow-up session. —Meredith Wade | Management Consultant | The Hope for Henry Foundation

  • Make an action plan for auditing and improving your personal brand.

Join us for this workshop and learn what your writing is saying about you!

“By breaking down the sometimes daunting concept of a 'personal brand' into manageable pieces, Grace helped alumni to hone their writing and gave the audience tools they could use to shape their writing style immediately after the webinar.—Sarah Adler Smith, Senior Associate Director, Alumni Career Services, Georgetown University
