Since the pandemic we have noticed a rise in the electronic communications. This means that union representatives may now be engaged in more email writing etc that previously. With this form of communication there are certain formalities and etiquette that we need to be aware of before pressing that send button.

This course is designed to provide union representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively communicate in writing with management on behalf of their members. Clear, concise, and persuasive written communication is essential for conveying grievances, proposals, and other important matters in the context of industrial relations.

This is a 2 day course spread over 2 weeks. Attendance is from 9.30am-4.30pm.

Also, please be aware that only UK based residents, whom have confirmed that they are a union representative from an affiliated Trades Union Congress (TUC) trade union can apply to attend these courses.
