Welcome to the Philadelphia Women's Network Connection. PWNC is about helping local business women build their business, connect with like-minded individuals and benefit from shared resources.

A business plan is a very important strategic tool for entrepreneurs. A good business plan not only helps entrepreneurs to focus on the specific steps necessary for them to make business ideas succeed, but it also helps them to achieve both their short-term and long-term objectives.

She’ll provide an online business plan template and share valuable resources for your business success. Bring your business cards, and your laptop/notebook.

Franne’s impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem has been highlighted by several awards, including: Women Supporting Women Trailblazer Award, Minority Business Advocate/ Philadelphia Business Journal, Power Woman/Main Line Today; and the Small Business Influencer Award. Franne McNeal earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, and an MBA from Eastern University. She is pursuing a doctorate in business administration at Temple University.

There is No registration at the door, tickets must be purchased in advance. Seats are limited.

About The Presenter

Franne McNeal, Education Services Director, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiatives at Community College of Philadelphia, helps small business owners develop growth plans to increase revenues, create jobs and support community involvement. Franne brings the experience of being a Significant Business Results Coach and a “FranneTastic” serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, radio and TV show host.

Franne’s impact in the entrepreneurial ecosystem has been highlighted by several awards, including: Women Supporting Women Trailblazer Award, Minority Business Advocate/ Philadelphia Business Journal, Power Woman/Main Line Today; and the Small Business Influencer Award, As a breast cancer survivor and stroke survivor, Franne McNeal provides motivational keynotes to entrepreneurs who feel "infected with frustration" and "paralyzed by fear", so they "focus their energy for action and achieve significant business results".

Franne McNeal is the author of the book "Significant! From Frustrated to FranneTastic; Inspirational Stories for the Entrepreneurial Woman". Her book is also available in French and Spanish. Developing her book provided the momentum to create a podcast “The Significant Business Results Radio Show”. Through SignificantTV, Franne interviewed 100 entrepreneurs.

Franne McNeal earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, and an MBA from Eastern University. She is pursuing a doctorate in business administration at Temple University.

Franne is an avid walker and gardener. She loves people-watching and writing sitcoms. While Franne has tried salsa dancing lessons, she has promised herself to be more adventurous with long-distance bicycling, zip-lining and sailing. Occasionally Franne catches 5-minute zen-like power-naps to refresh her spirits and recharge her batteries!
