Everything is easier, faster, and more profitable when you have great people. Intuitively, we know this is true. So why is it so difficult to find, grow, and keep good people? And what can you do to ensure that within a couple of years, 80% or more of your people are ones you would enthusiastically rehire?

We will begin this session of the Business Growth Series by examining the case studies of some companies that have successfully TopGraded their teams. We will then review the basics of TopGrading, learn how to apply it to new hires, and map out ways to spread it throughout an entire organization, with a bit of emphasis on TopGrading Sales People.
