Brian Buttlett

Brian Buttlett (he/they) is a born-and-raised Rochester DJ, 1/3 of the creative force behind the local queer dance party JUICE BOX, and an active figure in Roc’s LGBTQ+ community for over a decade.

An admirer of everything high-energy from classic disco and 90’s rave classics to modern pop and breakbeat, Brian’s style is the underlying music blueprint of JUICE BOX’s sound: unapologetically queer, glittery feminine effervescence, hands-in-the-air vibes, bridging the gaps between mainstream and underground, and unpretentious fun.
