Event description

Description

The UUCLC tai chi class is honored to be participating in our local event, which is one of hundreds of Tai Chi & Qigong events happening in over 70 nations throughout the world. Anyone is welcome to explore and experience this ancient Chinese slow-motion martial art with us. Tai Chi is also known as “moving medication”, for all the myriad health issues that it has been scientifically proven to help with. After the event you are welcome to bring food to share with others and get to know others.

One World ...One Breath is the slogan of the event. Our program will include:
• Tai Chi warm up
• Introductory Tai Chi
• Tai Chi for Arthritis-long form demo
• Tai Chi for Energy demo
• Master Hanquing Liu “Grace” from Orlando Hanqing Taiji Culture and Art Center
• Sifu Bill Warden from Movement for LYFE in Mt. Dora

Official World Tai Chi & Qigong Day T-shirts are available for $22.
Order/pay by April 1st and pick up at event. Contact Chris Cleveland at 989-627-1234 or chriscleveland1951@gmail.com to order.
