On Friday, December 13, 2019, The Consciousness Network® will present an important evening of mind and body health and personal growth with world-renowned and international best-selling author, Dr. Dan Siegel, MD. Dr. Siegel has been recognized around the world as a leading expert in personal growth, neuroscience, and personal wellness. For one night only, he will speak on his latest best-selling book, Aware: The Science and Practice of Presence — diving deeply into the true essence of awareness and mindfulness, showing you how to truly awaken your mind to an expanded awareness and transformed productivity and success in all areas of life.

Dr. Siegel will show each attendee how to harness our inner power to focus attention, open awareness, and cultivate the kind of confident attitude that promotes a healthy brain while reducing fear, anxiety and stress. And we’ll take an in-depth look at the science underlying meditation's proven effectiveness.

In the end, this presentation by Dr. Siegel will enable you to:

  • Improve your energy and emotional resilience in the face of stress and the everyday challenges life throws your way.
  • Become more focused and present and mindful.
  • Discover how mindfulness can help you grow a healthier brain, reduce stress and increase your happiness.
  • Integrate science and spirituality into your daily life.
  • Understand more deeply the nature of presence.
