This workshop will help you understand the Venture Capital Term Sheet. Learn the important terms, how they will affect a startup’s valuation, ownership and control and consequences of a bad term sheet. We will also cover the key differences between a Series Seed Term Sheet vs a Series A Term Sheet and how to prepare for them.
Speaker Bio:
Todd Rumberger is a leading corporate lawyer who has built a distinguished practice representing venture capital and corporate investors and early-to late-stage companies in a variety of industries, including mobility/auto-tech, digital media, financial services, digital health, e-commerce, food/food tech, cybersecurity, software and mobile telecommunications sectors and capital market transactions.
