The way business gets done has dramatically changed in the last decade. People are no longer tethered to one location and the 9 to 5 routine is gone. Where you work impacts productivity, creativity, and, ultimately, your ability to thrive. Dynamic workspaces are now seen as a catalyst to success. This comes as a result of a shift in mind-set with flexible workspaces recognized as a way of fostering better communication, performance and retention through design. Shared space providers continue to innovate as the workspace becomes a strategic tool for modern businesses.
During this session led by SPACES’ Senior Director, Simon Moore, panelists will examine how the changing nature of work and the evolving expectations and needs of today’s workers are pushing workspace formats to new heights. Fluid design, collaborative environments, community engagement and maximum flexibility are disrupting the status quo and are fueling a new way to work that is being embraced by businesses across the board.
