Program Overview:
Machines deteriorate as they get older so we can expect a certain amount of performance falloff and general deterioration of the machine. If we understand the failure mechanisms that are in place we can identify which parameters best indicate the deterioration of the machine.
Failure analysis and Predictive Maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, are discussed in the course with a view to optimizing the maintenance engineering effort while maximizing production. Other techniques that will be addressed include infrared thermography, passive ultrasonic, tribology and performance monitoring.

FOR WHOM:
This course is particularly aimed at operating personnel performing in oil & gas production as well as process and maintenance engineers. The course shall also be beneficial to other technical personnel who want to broaden their knowledge on machine failure mechanism, vibration analysis and predictive maintenance.

RESOURCE PERSONS

Engr. Ademola Sunday - B. Eng., M. Eng. MNIMechE., MNIM., PMP., LEAD AUDITOR,(OHSAS), ADVANCE Maintenance Planning Engineer (CPE). A seasoned Operations/Execution/Planning and Inspection Engineer with over Fifteen (15) years' industry experience involving Plant Commissioning, Upgrades and Maintenance; Engineering Planning, Project Implementation and ERP Implementation (SAP PM). Experienced SAP (System Application and Package) Super User and Functional Lead on Plant Maintenance (PM) Module. Enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills to develop detailed reports. Ability to diagnose, and proffer solution to technical problems. Engr. Sunday will be joined by other professional maintenance Engineers to bring their experience to bear on this program.

Engr. Mark T. H. Williams, FNSChE, MNIM - B.Sc., MBA, M. Eng. Chemical Engineering, COREN registered, Fellow, Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management. Engr. Williams has over 28 years of post-graduate experience exercised at various levels of responsibility in Petroleum Refinery Plants' Operations, Project Engineering/Project Management, Process Troubleshooting, Process Improvements, and Reliability Centred Maintenance management programs. Coordinates plant reliability efforts in the areas of root cause analysis and defect elimination. Engr. Williams will be joined by other professional maintenance Engineers to bring their experience to bear on this program.

WORKSHOP FEE:
N200,000 per participant, VAT - N10,000.
