Program Overview:
Good people skills are an asset in nearly every line of work. In general, good people skills are defined as the ability to listen, to communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level. Good people skills also extend to include problem-solving abilities, empathy for others and a willingness to work together toward the common good. This compelling course teaches participants on how to build and project a self-confident image, create better relationships with workplace people. Today more than ever, personal success comes down to interpersonal effectiveness – the capacity to work with others to get things done. Effective People Skills will arm participants with rich and powerful range of skills and methods to help participants gain the full benefits of interpersonal excellence.

RESOURCE PERSONS

Ajelero, S. Abayomi - MA, History, Advanced Dip in HR Mgt., Masters Industrial & Labour Relations Mgt. Mr. Abayomi was formerly the Assistant Controller HR / Head of Training Urban Development Bank Nig. Plc. He has over 15 years work experience spanning the manufacturing, Services and the financial sectors of the Nigeria economy. Mr. Abayomi is a HR consultant / trainer to Nig. Institute of Manpower Development & Industrial Relations. He will bring his experience to bear on this program.

ABIODUN ODEYEMI: MCIPS (London), M.Sc, Managerial Psychology. An experienced management practitioner with over 20 years of post-graduation experience spanning the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy. Mr. Odeyemi is a specialist in material management, employee's motivation, productivity improvement, customer service and quality management. He will bring his experience to bear on this program.

WORKSHOP FEE:
N90,000 per participant, VAT - N4,500.
