Whether you’re an athlete or someone looking to move and feel better, MELT is a proactive approach to maintaining a healthy, pain-free, active lifestyle!
The Intro Workshop includes an overview of the Science of MELT, Mini Hand & Foot Techniques, plus a Rebalance Sequence on the MELT Roller. Using specialized soft foam rollers and small MELT balls, these easy self-care techniques are designed to improve joint mobility, posture, balance and stability - while decreasing neck, shoulder, and back tension.
MELT provides the opportunity to move and feel better, regardless of age or fitness level. Treat yourself to movement medicine.

What to wear: Participants will be on the floor on a mat, wearing socks or barefoot. Comfortable exercise wear recommended (layered tops, yoga pants or sweats).
*Workshop fee is fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to start time (minus Eventbrite fees). Later cancellations incur a 50% fee, unless space is fillable by another participant.
