Explore flat paper as a sculptural plane in an intimate workshop to be held in
Fish Lane – South Brisbane during – Béatrice’s April Exhibition – Watermarks up the Noosa River!
Artist Béatrice Prost will share this unique approach to mark making on paper, over the course of three hours.
The first half of the workshop will be learning how to navigate a small electric hand tool and its accessories to explore your own creative rhythm and preferences. You’ll carve a range of diverse and exquisite white marks and patterns on paper during these experiments.

You’ll apply those marks to your own professionally printed image in the second half of the workshop, transforming your image from 2D visual to an interactive and textural paper with a certain relief and a new life.
