Workshop: How to Communicate Ideas Powerfully
Overview
A high-impact workshop series designed to give STEM founders the one skill no degree teaches: how to communicate ideas so powerfully that people want to build them with you.
Across these sessions, we’ll break down founder-grade storytelling, presence under pressure, and the psychology of building (and not building) teams. You’ll learn how to pitch more clearly, facilitate conversations that move people, and lead with the calm authority investors and collaborators trust.
If you’re building something ambitious at Oxford, this series will give you the practical tools to make people believe in it—and in you.
About the Instructor
Your facilitator, Sean Attwood, co-founded, scaled, and floated a company, gaining first-hand experience of product-market fit, team dynamics, and the uncomfortable but essential parts of founder leadership.
He has served as a Strategy Instructor at Cass Business School and is a Master Facilitator with Mind Gym, delivering 2,500+ sessions to 40,000 participants across the world’s most influential organisations.
Sean has also worked in building and launching a quantum technology venture fund, and currently advises on operations for a £4B renewable energy project. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and the psychology of execution.
