Our “Move Well Workshops” return with Hacking the Squat on Tuesday, October 16th from 6-8 pm. Improve your athletic performance, gain flexibility, and build strength with the correct performance of the simple (but not easy!) squat exercise. Learn how to fix limitations that are preventing you from being able to squat to your full potential.

Please note: Since our workshops are done in a group format we are not able to evaluate individuals who are injured or in pain. if you have an injury or are experiencing pain then we suggest you see your doctor or physical therapist for a proper evaluation.
