About this Event
As humans, we go through constant change: our faces, our passions, our perceptions, our attitudes, our mind-maps and our lifestyles as we walk through the life. To embrace these changes, cherish, and utilize them to the maximum, we need to be able to adapt.
Living in the era of technological revolution, almost every ten years we adapt to changes that never existed in our life before. From rigorous digitalization to the 24/7 social media influence, from the changing professions to adapting with the ways of Gen Y-Z, it is only natural to feel emotionally tied down at times.
We want to remain emotionally agile and strong in these times in which there are many emotional ups and downs and sometimes where the geography, culture and socio-economic conditions we live in also support these ups and downs.
We invite you to hear, think and talk together about living in peace with uncertainty, remaining emotionally strong and to re-position our core values. With the support of neuropsychological analysis, we would like to have you with us in this joyful workshop where we will have some fun at the same time with small games and exercises.
