edrych ar y pethau sy'n effeithio arnon ni a gwneud i ni osod ffiniau heb i ni sylweddoli
defnyddio'r model ffiniau BIG i'n helpu i ymarfer ffiniau tosturiol
edrych ar sut i osod ffiniau mewn ffordd iach i ni ein hunain a phobl eraill.

Gallwch ddefnyddio'r sesiwn hon tuag at eich datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus (DPP) os ydych wedi cofrestru gyda ni.

We’re running a series of workshops with Happy Headwork to help you in building well-being and resilience in your organisation.

What we’ll cover

In this session, we’ll:

explain what boundaries are
look at the relationship between stress and boundaries
look at the things that affect and make us set boundaries without realising
use the BIG boundaries model to help us practise compassionate boundaries
look at how to set healthy boundaries for ourselves and other people.

You can use this session towards your continued professional development (CPD) if you’re registered with us.

This session is for anyone who manages teams in social care and early years and childcare.
