Event description

Description

This practical and interactive workshop will focus on communication with the Press. How to choose a topic? How to present it to the journalists? What makes writing a press release so complicated? These and many other questions will be answered on Wednesday, April 25th.

As a freelancer, you need to find ways how to share newsworthy events with the wider audience and one way to do it is by using press release. Press release is an effective and widely used tool for communicating with journalists. It is a standardized way for introducing newsworthy events to the wider audience.
During this workshop you will have a perfect environment and inspiring co-thinkers with whom you can focus on your own idea or event you want to let the public know about. No need to have the topics prepared – we will find them in the workshop! However, it would be great if you could bring a notebook or laptop with you so you could take notes.
