Event description
Learn the Six Key Building Blocks to improve your mental health and how they impact your life at home, at work, at school and at play.

About this Event

Tuesday, October 27 is SPN Survivors 6 year anniversary! To celebrate this milestone and all the wonderful people we've met along the way, we invite you to join us at 7pm EST/4pm PST for an engaging and informative Zoom Workshop that focuses on how to improve your mental health and Build a Healthy You.

In good times and bad, your mental health affects how you think, feel and act as you cope with life. It determines how you handle stress, relate to others, make choices and perform at work or school.

In other words . . . Mental Health is Everyday Living. And we believe there are six key building blocks that can dramatically improve your quality of life.

Register today for this free workshop! You'll be glad you did.

* This workshop is an introduction to our mental health curriculum. We will be repeating this class and offering additional workshops in the near future. Zoom link will be provided closer to the event.

About SPN Survivors:

SPN Survivors is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that engages and equips communities to improve mental health and prevent suicide among teens and young adults. We came to life thanks to the love and support from the cast and fans of the TV show Supernatural and are forever grateful for this healing journey.

Our vision is to see fewer young people in crisis so we reach out and START the conversation about how to build a foundation of quality mental health that provides the tools and resources to #TakeCareofYou - mind, body and spirit. We work with educators, parents, students and mental health professionals in local communities AND nationally at comic, pop culture and fandom themed events.
