This two-hour workshop will demonstrate how to lower the weighted average cost of capital using C-PACE in the capital stack, or fill a gap in it. Plus, the workshop will provide an overview of the recently launched Arlington C-PACE program (website); the value proposition for building owners, developers, and investors; case studies, and complementary Arlington County initiatives.
