Voyages Ayers Rock Resort and the Northern Territory Government have appointed Elton Consulting to prepare a master plan for Yulara.

The master plan will provide a roadmap for the future growth of Yulara, by:

• Identifying new areas for growth, including hotels, staff accommodation and community housing
• Adding to the existing hotel accommodation offerings
• Improving the existing town of Yulara by providing new and improved community facilities and services
• Providing new tourist attractions and facilities
• Ensuring infrastructure such as water, sewerage, electricity and communication are planned for, and available in time to support growth.
