Description

Statistics provided by OSHA state that nearly 2 million workers report being victims of workplace violence in America each year. This seminar is intended to share strategies and provide information on situational awareness, what to do when confronted with violence in the workplace, what are some of the behavior indicators and warning signs of violence, and the importance of reporting aggressive behavior. We will also discuss how domestic situations, stress, fear and anxiety can lead to aggressive behavior, as well as practical ways to relieve stressful situations. The Virginia Beach Police Department and the Norfolk Chapter of InfraGard are Co-Hosting this seminar at ECPI, Virginia Beach.

Registration begins at 9 am—Meeting Starts at 10 am—Lunch will be provided by ECPI's Culinary Arts Class
